Massage Heights is an oasis in the midst of bustling John’s Creek; a place where you will definitely feel at ease. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by a very professional and friendly staff at the reception desk.
The salon itself had a small but cozy waiting area with fruit-infused water to sip on while you filled out your initial consultation paperwork.

I had my 1-hour massage with Ms. Natalie, and she was wonderful!
Before the massage began, she reviewed my consultation form and asked me detailed questions to determine where the focus of my massage needed to be.
I could immediately tell that she was very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing a great experience for her clients. Shortly after, I was then directed to my massage room.

While in the massage room, I felt very comfortable. I was able to undress at my comfort level and then got underneath the two blankets which covered my body from neck to toe.
I enjoyed picking out my aromatherapy scent which was a lavender blend (offered at no additional cost). They also offer hot stones, foot scrubs, or face massage as an add-on to your massage for a small additional fee as part of their Elevation Package.
I chose the the Hot Stone Elevation Package.
Ms. Natalie began my massage with a warm up pat down with the first blanket off. Then she removed the second blanket by area to massage the target areas (neck, back, arms, legs).
As the massage continued, I observed how the relaxing music and soothing heat from the table, supported the ambiance of the room.
My experience with Natalie was top notch. She performed a deep tissue massage with a myo-fasical release on my lower legs.
As a personal trainer working with clients, my feet and legs naturally take a beating during the week. Ms. Natalie focused on these areas and even incorporated leg stretching into the massage (no additional charge).
She did a great job of applying the type of pressure that I described to her, and was able to get rid of all the “knots” in my muscles.
In summary, everyone I met in the salon was extremely nice, pleasant, and sought to make my experience as memorable as possible. I really appreciated the great attitudes from everyone working at Massage Heights John’s Creek.
I enjoyed my first visit so much that I signed that same day and treated my wife to a Surprise Couple’s Massage earlier this month.
They are a true embodiment of their slogan, “Healing Hands: Calming Body, Mind, and Spirit.”
